Who is responsible

AppForGap operates this website. For any question about your personal data, write to hello@appforgap.com.

What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no forms and no tracking pixels. Opening a page does not store anything on your device beyond what the browser needs to display it.

The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) to operate the service and defend it against abuse. Logs are rotated and deleted on a short retention.

Cookies

No cookies are set for advertising or profiling. If usage analytics are ever enabled on this site, they are privacy-friendly and cookieless, and they only run after you have given consent through the banner. Consent is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask again, and you can withdraw it at any time by clearing site data.

When you write to us

If you email us, we process your message and contact details for the purpose of answering you and, where relevant, preparing an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, or steps taken before entering a contract. We keep the correspondence as long as the business relationship or a legal retention period requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@appforgap.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Urad pro ochranu osobnich udaju, uoou.cz).
